Everyone has heard of Bill Gates, one of the richest and most successful people in the world.

Introduction

The purpose of this report is to assess the new Monty’s fast food restaurant in Chester, which l visited on 28th June
.
.Food & Prices
There is a varied menu at Monty’s which includes a fantastic salad bar , a wide choice of vegetarian dishes and five types of delicious hamburgers I tired the Mexican Sizzler –a spicy hamburger with chili sauce in a soft , white bread roll . It was very tasty. How are, it was rather cold .I also thought that Monty’s was a bit too expensive.

Service
The Monty’s staff were helpful, friendly and polite during my visit. They looked very smart in their clean uniforms. Unfortunaly, the service was rather slow and one of the cashiers gave me the wrong change.

Atmosphere
The friendly staff, good music, clean tables, and comfortable seating all helped to give Monty’ san excellent atmosphere. The new no-smoking policy is also a good idea, and it made my meal at Monty’s a very pleasurable experience.

Conelusion
The new Monty’s restaurant in Chester in on the whole a great success. However I think that the manager should make a few imforvements. Firstly he should make sure that all hot dishes are hot when they go out to customers. Secondly he should lower the prices as they are too high for a fast-food restaurant. Finally he should improve staff training so that the staff work faster and make fewer mistakes.

Mongolia


Mongolia lies in central Asia, with Russia to the north and China to the south. Mongolia occupies an area of about 1.566 million square kilometers. Mongolia is divided into 21 aimags, and 3 large cities Ulaanbaatar and Darhan, Erdenet.

The population of Моngolia is a little over 2.8 million, with a population density of 1029 inhabitants per square kilometer. Моngolia s rural population is 33% of its total population. The life expectancy rate for men is 64.6 years and 68.5 yeras for women.

Моngolia is a land of many natural contrast; Wild forests, alpine meadows, Southern Gobi semi-deserts, vast plains and snow-covered mountains. Mountains cover over 40% of Mongolia that can be distinguished. These areas have their own unique climates. The northern section is similar to the East Siberian natural scenery, while the southern section, which makes up two-thirds of the country’s area, belongs to the arid desert and semi-desert Central Asian regions.

Mоngolian people are good-looking. They are short with delicate features. They have got bleak fair brown and dark hair, brown eyes and light yellow skin. They Моngolia are friendly people who are well know for being generous and kind. We are a happy people who hove strong wills and are especially proud of our history.

Some people in Моngolia live in villages. Моngolian communion most people Buddhist. Some of the people in the countryside herdsmen.

first of all there is a tradition to prepare plenty of gifts and food, in other words to have one’s hands full. The food is delicious. Mоngolians like eating meat and steanned dumpling , fried pies. I just love eating barbeque.

The third holiday is independence Day. It is on November 26th. On this day we watch Mongolian National wrestling on TV. We celebrate New Year’s Day on January 1st . We also celebrate Mongolian Teacher’s Day and Women’s Children’s day. Teacher’s day is on the first Sunday in February. Children’s day is June 1st

The New year according to the Oriental calendar in Моngolia is called Tsagaan sar which translates as the White Month. There sre many opinions about the origin of this name. one is that Mongolians believe white symbolizes happiness, purity. Moreover because it is celebrated during the lactation and breeding periods. Моngolian 3 day continue Tsagaan sar.

The sports most popular with the Mongolians since ancient times are wresting, horse racing and archery. Together they form Eriin gurvan Naadam-the three manly games. The three manly games make up the core program of the National Day festivity which has been held annually for the past two centuries.Earlier, naadam was often associated with religious ceremonies . At present it is a national holiday held July 11-13 to commemorate the Моngolians people’s revolution.

Tsagaan sar


The New Year festival according to the lunar calendar is called Tsagaan sar, meaning white moon.

This is a big family celebration with various ceremonies lasting three days.
Tsagaan sar customs are centuries old and it is the most widely celebrated holiday. Tsagaan sar normally falls on the first day of spring by lunar calendar, depending on the phases of the moon

Celebration of the lunar new year’s Eve is called bituun and in the evening every family prepares a big meal and lots of fresh food to have a feast. A big wresting match is broadcasted live throughout the country
People ride their best horses during this holiday, prepare new clothes in advance, and wear the most elegant ones. Homes are cleaning up thoroughly on the eve.

In the morning of a new Year, a housewife offers the first cup of tea to gods. After the sunrice, people start to great each other. They stretch their arms and the youngsters support the elbows of the senions. Elder people wish a long and happy life to the young. While exchanging snuff bottles in greeting, people usually talk about how they passed the winter.

Tsagaan sar holiday is the time to pay visvts to relatives, exchange gifts, share the news and eat a lot. Guests are welcomed warmly and are served with tea and food. In addition to food, hosts give a present to visitors and sweets to children. Mongolians attach a great significance to the first day of a New Year; people exercise religious practices called “Khiymorio sergeekh” for good fortune. Mongols cheish this holiday and try to do as many good deeds as possible in order to bring goof luck and prosperity to their households.

Yoliin am

Yoliin am was originally established to conserve the birdlife in the region, but it’s now more famous for it’s dramatic and very unusual scenery it is a valley with meters-thick ice almost all year-round in the middle of the gobi desert .

The small nature museum at the gate on the main road to Yoliin am has a collection of dinosaur eggs and bones, stuffed birds and a snow leopard. There is also an ethnography museum in a ger, which is worth a visit.

Look out for the remarkable fossilized wood lying by the roadside. The ranger office and museum sell some good souvenirs, including landscape paintings and amazingly, one of the best collections of Mongolian stamps in the country.
From the museum, the road continues for another 10km to a car park. After a pleasant 25-minute walk down the stream you will get to a gorge full of ice.

In winter, the ice is up to 10m high, and continues down the gorge for another 10km. It remains frozen for most of the year, excerpt lot about a month starting in late August. You can walk on the ice but be careful, especially in late summer.

The surrounding hills offer plenty of opportunities for some fine, if somewhat strenuous, day hikes. If you are lucky you might spot ibex or argali sheep along the steep valley ridges.

1.Advertisements for the internet promise you a world of information, entertainment, on-line shopping and e-mail services.However the real world of the internet my not be as perfect as the advertisements suggest./Интэрнэтийг тоглоом тоглож зугаацах өөрийгөө мэдээллээр хангах болон худалдаа хийхэд ашгилдаг хэдий тиймч интэрнэт нь зар сурталчигаа танилцуулга юм/

2 Using the internet offers many advantages./интэрнэт хэрэглэх нь олон давуу талтай/
