Mongolia
Mongolia is a beautiful country of a historical interest in the centre of Asia. Capital is Ulaanbaatar which is located between the four mountains. The climate is Warm rainy summer and extremely cold winter. Average summer temperature +20ºC and average winter temperature -24ºC.
The Mongolian are good looking. They are of medium height with dark hair and light complexion. The Mongolian are friendly and generous people who are well known for being stylish and wearing chic designer clothes.
The Mongolian do many different jobs they work in offices, factories, shops, school, hospital and police. Mongolia is a famous for producing cashmare. They love going cinema, theatre and dancing at clubs. Mongolians also celebrate many festivals throughout the year. My favourite holiday is naadam in july,When we always have horseracing and wrestling.
The family life I s very important. They also like good food and Mongolia is full of expensive restaurant with delicious dumplings, meat and barbeque but different people have different eating abroad some like eating meat, others are vegetarians. Mongolia is shopper's paradise you can see many little shops and department stores, and also boutique for example the biggest are Sky shopping centre, Nomin, Khanburgedei, Department store, Narlag, Naran. They located just centre or the city. You many buy all type of pro duct from these you can buy cheap and expensive clothes, sport acsoserries, fishing clothes, books, also the most important things are antique and Mongolian traditional clothes (deel), most of them usually open at 8 am and works until 20 pm. Don’t miss that you must to take your chance and you need to go shopping with your translater. it’s too important because most Mongolian salers can not to speak english, if you go along you can’t buy anything.
The Mongolia is a wonderful country with a lot of things to see and do.Tourists will surely love its fascinating sight, lovely and warm hearted people.

We use much and many is question and negations.Many goes before plural countable nouns.
Much goes before uncountable nouns.Ex: is there much milk in the fridge?
there isn't much tea left.

I am preparing to cook Marmalade
I need 1kg Seville orange, 2 liters water, one lemon, two kg sugar for my marmalade.
At first I must to cut oranges in half , then squeeze out juice and pips. Tie pips in piece of muslin and put in pan. Then put orange juice in pan with water and juice of lemon.
Slice orange peel thinly and add tom pan. Sinner mixture for one 1 ½ hours until peel is soft and liquid neduced by half.
Remove bag of pips. Squeeze any juice into pan. Stir in sugar over low head until dissolved. Boil mixture to setting point then skim. Cool marmalade for about 15minutes then sir pour into heated jars and cover. That’s it!!!!
My marmalade is ready for my mum’s birthday. This is my favorite doing thing for all celebrations in last birthday my mum I cooked some biscuits.
The ingredients were 500g flour, ¼ level teaspoon bicarbondle of soda ½ level teaspoon cream of tartar, ½ level teaspoon salt, 125g butter, 125g lard also milk. It was delicious.
If you want to cook your mum’s birthday I can advise to you!!

34 year-old Dianne Grey was successful doctor in the south of England but for the last 8months she has been living in Angola,working for a organization called doctors without frontiers that provides emergency health care in several African countries.

Dianne was GP in Horsham Surrey.She had a good career aheaed of her and comfortable life,but she began to find her job rather boring.She says,"I was treating patients with routine medical problems-colds, sore throats and so on-I felt a need to do something more important."

The organization she works for has been sending medical teams and equipment to Angola since 1986.Various armies have been fighting each other in the area for decades, and standards of health care have grown worse and worse.Outside the cities there aren't enough hospitals, clinics, doctors or nurses, and many diseases have become major problem.


At first Dianne was shocked but she has been working hard to improve conditions there.During here time in Angola she has treated thousands of patients and has been training local people as health care workers.

"Working here has been a very meaningful expereince", she says." I have never felt so useful before.It's so great to know that we have been helping people who really need it". She will be leaving Angola next month, but she has already decided to return to Africa as soon as possible.

Mongolian teachers day
Mongolian teachers day is a lovely holiday.it is celebrated on the first Sunday in febraury.For two or three weeks before this holiday our students study hard and try get good marks such as A or B.if we get good marks they will be our present for all our teacgers.No one wants to get bad marks.The teachers also try to not give bad marks.We all wait for theteachers with excitement.When it comes each of us congratulations all our teacher s and all studets give flowers to the teachers.in the evenings each school holds special anniversary mrrtigs.Afterthat we all have a party for our teachers.At the party are our tstanding students form the senier grades.Every one dances, sings and we wishes the teachers good lucj, I long life, greet success, and then eople give teachers some presents.The teachers are all really happy and proud.I love th e Mongolian teachers day very much ,because I love my teachers so much
