Mongolian people always use meat and diary products for their food. These foods have much caloriies.
Mongolian people make many kinds of diary products which include: yogurt, aaruul, cream and cheese etc.
There are four or tree meals a day in Mongolian home: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is the first meal of the day. It’s at about 8 o’clock in the morning, and it consists of tea with milk and salt or sugar, bread and butter with jam.
Some people like to drink tea with milk, but others prefer coffee.
The usual time for lunch is 1 o’clock. This meal starts with soup or tea with milk. Some people like to drink juice or lemonade at lunch.
Dinner is the third meal of the day. The usual time is about 7 o’clock, and all members of the family sit down together.
Dinner usually consists of soup or meat with vegetables-potatoes, carrots and cabbage, fruit salad. Then after they drink clean water.
How to make aaruul?
Method of aaruul making: First, boil milk.
Then boiled milk is curdled into aarts.
After then filter aarts, slice aarts.
Finally dry slives, they are aaruul.
How to make buuz?
Mongolia people always make buuz for national holidays
Method of buuz making: First, knead dough. Second chop meat into very small chops.
Then also chop onion .
After then mix onion and few salt into the meat.
.After then cut knead dough into a small piece.
Then flatten dougt. After then pinch meat on the flatten douth .
Finally cook buuz about 18-20 minutes.

Mongolia is beautiful country with a rich culture just between of China and Russia. Mongolia’s capital city is UB and It’s consists of 21 aimag. Mongolia is cool climate. Mongolia has got 4 seasons including: summer, autumn, winter, spring.
Summer: June, July, August are summer’s months. The most children slowly wait do summer season because they like visiting to grandparents and playing football and basketball.They Mongolian national sports festival to be in summer. It’s called “Naadam”. They naadam is consists of wrestling, horse racing, arches. It’s continue along 3 days.
Autumn: My favourite season is autumn. Chiltren’s go to school, cut and gather a crop, water-bird return,
Winter: Autumn’s next season is winter. It’s very cold but people like this season. Because, This season is interesting. People’s enjoy skating and sking. In winter the largest holiday is “New Year”.
Spring: Spring is with cool wind. In spring, Start to melt snow , ground is turn green, flow river, grow plants and produce youngs.
Mongolian people are good-looking: They are friendly generous and kind. They like helping for somebody with delicate features. Mongolian people have usually black hair, slanting brown eyes, small and aquiline nose, yellow skin. They are tall.Mongolian usually like for blue and green. Because They proud of blue sky and green steppe. Mongolian are for accupied to half world’s Chinggis’s lineage.

Most people in Mongolian live in UB: There are a lot of department stores universities, schools, cinemas, tall large houses and Memorial Statue in UB. The largest and first store is State Department Store in UB. The State Department Store is shopper’s paradise. Every day it’s usually open from eight or then in the evening from Monday to Saturday.I tink you should come here.
The food is delicious.Mongolianslike eating meat vedetables and fish.They like having buuz and khuushuur for lunch.They usually drink tea with milk.

Animals such as cats and dogs usually enjoy living with humans, but wild animals don’t. They need to live a natural life in their natural habitat, and they need open spaces where they can move freely.
Animals kept in a small house or flat cannot get the exercise they need. It is also difficult to give them the same food that they eat in the wild. Also, many wild animals are dangerous and might suddenly attack their owners.
They look after the animals, and give them love and protection. However, wild animals don’t want our love and protection – they want their freedom.

Mongolia country is located west – north of world. 40 years ago Mongolia country was rich with animals and spacious green steppe but the animals is growing scare and spacious green steppe is changing desert now. “Wild animals should not be kept as pets.” Do you agree?
Wild animals such as chimpanzees, parrots and even pythons are wonderful to watch and have interesting personalities – but should people keep them as pets? In my opinion, it is completely wrong to keep wild animals as pets.
Animals such as cats and dogs usually enjoy living with humans, but wild animals don’t. They need to live a natural life in their natural habitat, and they need open spaces where they can move freely.
Animals kept in a small house or flat cannot get the exercise they need. It is also difficult to give them the same food that they eat in the wild. Also, many wild animals are dangerous and might suddenly attack their owners.
They look after the animals, and give them love and protection. However, wild animals don’t want our love and protection – they want their freedom.
All in all, I believe that wild animals should not be kept as pets, because every animal has the right to live freely in its natural environment.
