Mongolia is a beautiful country with a rich culture, just between China an Russia. Mongolia is also referred to as “Outer Mongolia of central Asia” It’s continental, cold and dry climate, with four seasons.

Mongolian people are good looking. They are tall and delicate features. They have got black and brown hair, dark eyes yellow skin. The Mongolians are friendly people who are well known for being generous and kind. “We are happy people who have strong wills and we are especially proud of our history.” Says Khulan from UB.

The population of Mongolia if a little over 2.6 millions. Most people in Mongolia live in cities and countryside. Atypical Mongolian city consist of ger and houses. Most of the people officerman, bussinesman and herdsman.

Mongolian food is very quality and national foods are buuz huushuur and bantan. “We eat meat with our meals and use a lot ice and flour our cooking.” explain Khulan.

Popular free time activities watching celebrates. Mongolian national celebrates are Naadam and Tsagaan sar. Tsagaan sar is nice and friendly celebrate . Naadam consist of wrestling, horse racing and archery. People call it “three manly games”.

Mongolian nature is wonderful and so beautiful. Wild forest, Gobi desert, large mountains, long rivers and lakes. Mongolian longest rivers are the Orkhon, the Tuul, the Selenge, and the Kherlen and largest lakes are Uws, Khuwsgul, Buir etc.The only navigable lake is Khuwsgul. “I went to Khuwsgul with my friends last year. I was having fantastic time there. We lied the beach of Khuwsgul lake. At the moment we broiled fish and traveled by boat in the lake. It’s funny and interesting. I wish go to Khuwsgul again.” says Khulan.

Mongolian capital city is Ulaanbaatar. Too many shops and department stores are in Ulaanbaatar. Shops in UB are usually open from light or ten in the morning till about nine in the evening, from Monday to Sunday. The big sales come after traditional celebrates/ Mongolians wear many sort of clothes fit in climate so, most shops in UB are selling clothes.

Mongolia tend to be pretty nature and animal husbandry. Mongolians are lover of nature and with the gifts of nature. Mongolia is wonderful country. It’s fascinating sights, rich cultural history and warm hearted people make it unique.

Scrambled Egg Burritos
These zesty Southwestern egg burritos are always a hit whether you serve them for breakfast, brunch, lunch or casual dinner. The homemade black bean salsa adds a special touch, but these are extra-quick if you use your favorite jarred salsa.
4 9-inch whole-wheat flour tortillas
4 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 4-ounse can chopped green chiles
½ cup grated Cheddar or pepper Jack cheese
2 cup Black Bean & Tomato Salsa (recipe follows) or prepared salsa
1/4 cup redused-fat sour cream
Preheat oven to 350o F. Wrap tortillas in foil and hrat in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Blend eggs, salt and pepper in a medium low heat. You should add chiles and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add eggs and cook, stirring slowly with a wooden spoon os heatproof rubber spatula, until soft, fluffy curds form, 1 ½ to ½ minutes.
To serve, divide eggs evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle each whit about 2 tablespoons cheese and roll up. Serve whit salsa and sour cream.
Chipotle peppers are smoked jalapenos with a fiery taste that are canned in adobo sauce. Look for them in the Hispanic section of large supermarket and in specialty stores. Two Easy Ways to Heat Tortillas Microwave: Stack 4 tortillas between damp paper towel and microwave on high for 30 seconds, or until hot and pliable. Oven: Preheat oven to 300oF. stack tortillas (about 4 in a batch) and wrap tightly in foil. Place in oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until warm. So it is very delicious Scrambled Eggs Burritos

At the yearly Hobby Horse Pageant in Cracow, Poland, we followed the procession of men dressed up as Tartar warriors as they moved slowly toward the Market Square. On his way, the leader of the procession collected money and rewarded kind donors with a friendly punch on the arm. He also stopped a few times to perform funny danced for the hundreds of smiling spectators.

My parents organized a party for my tenth birthday. It was great fun. My mother had cooked lots of tasty food and we played some thrilling party games. My friends and I were a bit loud, but my parents didn’t mind. At the end of the party I felt tired, but I was also very thankful that my parents had put on such a great party for me.

The Mongolian Gobi desert

Mongolia is a land of many natural contrasts: wild forest, alpine meadows, southern Gobi desert and mountains. In south-eastern Mongolia, the Gobi desert supports almost no vegetation and is sparsely populated. The Gobi desert is one of the untouched, unique , and mysterious places on the world. The site of ancient inland seas, the Gobi desert is a treasure chest of fossilized dinosaur bones and eggs. The Mongolian Gobi is a vast zone desert and desert steppe covering almost 30% of the Mongolian territory. This is the second biggest desert in the world.

The Gobi is often imagined as a lifeless desert, similar to African desert but in reality, most part of the Gobi is a land of steppes and mountains and this the incredible and mass is home to wild sheep, wild ass, Gazelle, Havtgai (wild camel), Mazaalai (Gobi bear) and Desert Ibex. Travel to the legendary Bayan zag , Site of most imfortant paleontological discoveries, where was discovered the first nest of dinosaur eggs in 1920 by American paleontologist R.Ch.Andrews, the world had ever seen.

Now many Dinosaur’s unique foundings are discovering at this rich site. Visit Gurvansaikhan , Hongoriin els (The Singing Dune) a spectacular sea of of sand dunes, they are up to 800m high, 20km wide and about 100km long. You can climb to the top of the dunes with a lot of efforts- three steps forward, one slide back. If you want you can also explore the oases, sexual forests and other dinosaur fossil sites nearby.

Mongolian National Holiday-Naadam
Mongolians celebrates festivals almost every month. Mongolian national holidays are Naadam and Tsagaan Sar. Mongolians says that Eriin Gurvan Naadam-three manly games. Earlier Naadam was often depended with religious ceremonies, but at the time it is a national holiday heid July 11-12 to commemorate the bMongolians Revolution and Independence.the sports most popular with the Mongols since ancient times are wrestling, horse racing and archery.

Wrestling
The national style of wrestling \has its own long standing ritual. Each wrestler wears knee boots and zodog shuudag. National wrestling is held a several rounds, depending on the number of participants, which also determines the duration of the competition. Hundreds of wrestlers from different cities and aimags of the country take part in the national wrestling competition.

The losers must quit the competition, winners are honored with ancient titles. The winner of fifth rounds zaan and of the tenth and elevent rounds arslan. The wrestler who has two consecutive champion titles as awared the titles of avarga.

Horse racing
The second element of the “three manly games” is horse racing. Horse racing organized in celebration of the national day Naadam and the Tsagaan Sar and on other holidays. Horses aged two years and above take part. Mostly there are seven groups-two, three, four, and six years olds. Horse training begins two or three months ago from Naadam. Depending on the age of the horses, distances vary from 5 to 30km. All participants start simultaneously. The winner is honoured whit a cup of airag which he drinks and sprinkles on the head and rear of his horse. The first five horses are sprinkled with airag. They are commonly known as Airagiin Tav. After the race, some of the best singers in the country conguratulate the best riders and horses with their songs of praise and congratulations.

Archery
The third element of the national competitions is archery. Sharpshooters ured to hit the head of marmot from distance of 100m. small, round leather targets are put at a distance of 60-100 m from the archers. The archers wears a special glove no the thumb and index finger of the right hand blunt bone heads. The referees, lined up to the targets, mark each hit. When the target is hit they raise their hands and move around the spot song of praise. The best archer receives the title of mergen.
