Making a cake
Most people buy a cake for celebrating holidays. They usually buy it for birthday. But you can make a cake.It is cheaper than buying a cake and delicious.
You should buy some foodstuffs. Ingredients:
flour 1 kg
cacao 0.5 kg
chocolate 2 bar
sugar 0.4kg
salt,
sweetener,
eggs 10
At first you put flour, cacao, sugar, salt, sweetener and eggs into a container. Then you must stir them. After you put mixture into cake tin. Few minutes later, take it from oven. Pour a liquid chocolate at cake and put it into fridge.
Few minutes later, take it from fridge and decorate with some pieces of apple, banana and pear. You want another fruits possible it. But you should not much sugar put into cake. You can pour a different colour of cream. If you want, you can pour cream or decorate it and write greeting for your beloved people.

Mongolia is beautiful country, with rich culture and nature. It’s located in a central of Asia. It’s around the mountains river lake, ancient temples and place. Mongolian place is very wide and sky is see a blue. There are four season in Mongolia.There are summer, winter, autumn and spring. The climate is chilly and warm. Mongolian people are generous and kind. They proud of our history. They have got black hair, dark eyes and yellow complexion.
Mongolian capital city is Ulaanbaatar But Mongolian first capital city name’s KharKhorin. Now it’s ancient place and sum. Most people live in UB. Capital city has got flats, schools, theatres, hotels and hospitals. Most people live in ger and flat. UB is central place name’s “Sukhbaatar’s square”. It’s very big. UB’s people students and worker. Some workers work in office and some people buy something and drive taxi.
UB has got many shops. For example: Lace shop, souvinier shop, bookstall, butcher’s, greengrocer’s and department stores. UB’s deparment stores which sell everything from furniture clothes and perfume. There you can buy fashionable clothes, shoes, jewellery and comfortable furniture. Antique and souvenier shops buy ancient things and made ours hand big and small souvinier. Many tourists buy like it. Because they interested to it. In 3th and 4th district has got many shops. This shop’s thing is expensive then market. There are 4 big markets in UB. Most city and countryside’s people buy the ours clothes, food and something thing in use their markets.
Mongolian traditional food is very delicious. It included meat floor and vegetable. In history they usually eat meat and drink airag tell about now. Mongolian traditional food consists of buuz, huushuur, soups and noodles. Mongolian’s people make dairy products of milk. There are aaruul, airag, yogurt, eezgii etc. It’s very full of vitamin.
In ancient time ago people look after five animals. There are goat, horse, camel, cow and sheep. They called it “Tavan hoshuu mal”. Now countryside’s people look after this animals. There are very busy and hard working.
Mongolian’s celebrated many holidays. The traditional holiday is Tsagaan sar and Naadam. In this holidays people wrestling and horse racing. People like do it.
Mongolia is wonderful country. It’s a fascinating sights rich cultural history and warm-hearted people. Most tourist’s like come her in Mongolia.
Present continuous tense

Manzushir Monastery.
Manzushir Monastery is located in Tuv aimag. Nature is very beautiful in summer. It's one of the Mongolian's proud place. There are museum, ancient building, sights and monastery Mongolian lamos line there for long time. Most of the people religion is Buddha and they always prefer to it. It's agree to Mongolian habit.
There are a lot of exhibitions about wild animals and fascinating nature. Many kinds of flower and fruit are grown there. Some endangered animals there. In the ancient time stone people are located there. So there are many important find.
Many tourists visit this monastery every summer. The water and air is polluted in Ulaanbaatar. But there is better than Ulaanbaatar. Air is more important than medicine. They can breath fresh air for all day there. Green forest, blue sky and pure water are the most beautiful. Tourists like it. They take photos and buy souvenirs.
If you went to there you would proud of this monastery and want to again arrive there. So Manzushir seems like a paradise and Mongolian’s big historical building.

The Tsagaan sar
Tsagaan Sar is one of Mongolia's two major and long-awaited holidays, the other being Naadam in July. For Mongols, Tsagaan Sar is not only an ancient holiday marking the end of winter and the beginning of a new year's cycle, but is also a time for unification and reinforcing social bonds.
Since the holiday means all relatives, neighbors, friends and guests will be treated to a lavish meal, women make more than a thousand buuz and dumplings. The next day, the frozen buuz are ready to be steamed. Families all across the country stock-up on food, diary products, mild milk vodka and other specialties for the occasion.
Bituun begins - the last dinner of the outgoing year. That evening, one must try all the dishes: boiled meat, a variety of milk products, meat dumplings and dessert etc. Bituun, meaning "to close down", takes place on the last day of the lunar month.
Tsagaan sar is my favourite traditional holiday because I like visit to relatives and meet friends.

Martina Hingis
Martina Hingis is one of the greatest tennis players in the history of women’s tennis. She was born in Kosice, Czechoslovakia on 30th September, 1980.
She started playing tennis at the age of three. Her parents divorced, her mother remarried in 1988. She move to Switcherland with mother and step father, has lived there ever since.
She became Europian Champion for players under 18 in 1994. She won the Wimbledon doubles title in 1996 at the age of 15. She won all for Grand Slam doubles titles in 1996.
She is determined, hardworking and keen on all sports. She likes horse riding, skiing, going to museum and galleries, theatre and cinema.
When she retires from tennis, she would like to keep horse racing.
